He has several certifications including Robert Mager’s Criterion-Referenced Instruction, Jeff Nelson’s Expert OJT, William Bridges’ Transition Management, and Achieve Global’s Trainer Excellence & Organization Effectiveness.
A graduate of UC Davis, he earned a Masters degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
His experience also includes work as a program manager and analyst in employee education and workforce development for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
He has a record of success in training and program management, as well as public affairs and legislative advocacy, giving him a strong understanding of policy analysis, performance management, and government functions.
He holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University.
