Dennis Wade is principal of People Development Systems. His 20+ years as an adult educator and his ten years with Intel Corporation helped prepare him to provide employee development services.

Leadership, team development, management skills, customer service, and on-the-job training programs are some of his areas of expertise.

He has several certifications including Robert Mager’s Criterion-Referenced Instruction, Jeff Nelson's Expert OJT, William Bridges’ Transition Management, and Achieve Global’s Trainer Excellence & Organization Effectiveness.

A graduate of UC Davis, he earned a Masters degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

Tyler Wade has worked in training, program design, and curriculum development for numerous federal, state and local agencies. Before that, he worked in legislative and campaign politics at the State Capitol and throughout California for nine years.

His experience also includes work as a program manager and analyst in employee education and workforce development for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.

He has a record of success in training and program management, as well as public affairs and legislative advocacy, giving him a strong understanding of policy analysis, performance management, and government functions.

He holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University.

Allison Horak is a member of the California and Oregon State Bars.  While working as in-house counsel for an Oregon corporation, she handled litigation matters, as well as training and educating corporate members on various legal issues.  She has also been a self-employed attorney, managing various transactional, litigation, and probate matters for clients. 

One of Allison’s passions is writing.  She is a published author (legal articles and even a poem) and enjoys books about writing, grammar, and the use of language.  Her experience in the legal profession, her interest in words and linguistics, and her proficiency in Microsoft Word, provide her the expertise necessary to convey the basics of business writing and how one is perceived on paper. 

Allison has a B.A. degree in Communication from University of California, San Diego, and attended law school at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Additionally, she is a certified DDI instructor. 

Adam Rico has worked in the Human Resources field as a Recruiter in a variety of industries for both small and large organizations. Prior to his career in Human Resources, Adam was trained as a marriage and family therapist and worked for a non-profit agency that provided mental health services to children and their families. Adam’s corporate experience combined with his own career transitions fuel his zeal for coaching others to achieve their highest potential in their careers and business.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and a master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Northridge. He also holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner.

Heather Rico is one of our instructors. Her employment with Sacramento State in training and development combined with her business analyst experience with Intel Corporation brings valuable first hand knowledge to share with her students. She teaches customer service skills, computer fundamentals, and computer applications for Analysts.

She has a Bachelors degree in Communications from Sacramento State University.
