Dennis Wade
Dennis Wade
Dennis Wade is principal of People Development Systems. His 20+ years as an adult educator and his ten years with Intel Corporation helped prepare him to provide employee development services.

Leadership, team development, management skills, customer service, and on-the-job training programs are some of his areas of expertise.

He has several certifications including Robert Mager’s Criterion-Referenced Instruction, Jeff Nelson’s Expert OJT, William Bridges’ Transition Management, and Achieve Global’s Trainer Excellence & Organization Effectiveness.

A graduate of UC Davis, he earned a Masters degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

Tyler Wade
Tyler Wade
Tyler Wade has worked in training, program design, and curriculum development for numerous federal, state and local agencies. Before that, he worked in legislative and campaign politics at the State Capitol and throughout California for nine years.

His experience also includes work as a program manager and analyst in employee education and workforce development for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.

He has a record of success in training and program management, as well as public affairs and legislative advocacy, giving him a strong understanding of policy analysis, performance management, and government functions.

He holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University.
